Elijah Morgansten was recruited by the very core of the Earth Rebellion. It was Elijah’s task to then recruit as many citizens of Earth to the underground as possible. Three of his recruits were Mary Tashall, Robert Malone, and Dan Washington. He took his many recruits to the Oaxaca Plateau in Mexico to prepare for an all-out rebellion.
