Meeting Nasil during the Wizard’s
Convention, Elítza was his spiritual director during
Nasil’s chaotic years. Nasil met Elítza when Nasil saw a
ground of young apprentices gathering around some
spectacle. When Nasil pushed his way through the crowd,
he saw Elítza and several other magicial apprentices
performing a series of idiotic stunts. The apprentices
seemed to enjoy Elítza’s humorous personality and
therefore did not mind his constant mentioning of
spirituality in magic. This topic suddenly took interest
in Nasil and continued to return time and time again to
listen to Elítza’s teachings—sometimes neglecting his
master Monís Cärtëpt’s beckoning.
Elítza took a liking to Nasil and
would spend time alone with him discussing a variety of
topics ranging from humor to serious events occurring
during the Wizard’s Convention. As they grew closer,
Elítza introduced the faith of the Superior Spirit to
Nasil. He would often quote from the Universal
Scriptures and demonstrated by his actions his love and
obedience for this mysterious Superior Spirit.
For many years, from the time when
Monís Cärtëpt brought him to Tawoo until the time of the
disbandment of the Convention, Elítza would instruct and
preach the ways of the Superior Spirit to Nasil. It was
Elítza who encouraged Nasil changing his name from
Nasilious—meaning “magnificent”—to Nasil. Elítza’s
shepherding became as important to Nasil’s spiritual
well-being as Cärtëpt’s training in magic. During
Nasil’s trying time when the wicked Crazbudar worked his
insidious influence, the only thing that kept Nasil
loyal to the Superior Spirit was Elítza’s constant
challenging and encouragement. A spiritual warfare for
Nasil’s spiritual soul began to take place between the
Good Ways and the Dark Ways. It is unknown if whether
Elítza knew of Nasil’s future battle against the Dark
Ways or if he simply took a liking to him but Nasil
often would look back on his spiritual director with
thankfulness and the knowledge that he would not have
the kind of relationship he had with the Superior Spirit
if it weren’t for him.
Mysteriously, Elítza was killed
around the same time as Monís Cärtëpt. At this time,
Crazbudar began his most evil workings. |
