The evil Modiun Witch of the
Wastelands of Jarique, Gratifa was next in line to be
Queen of Modius after Neffon and Ursila. Royalty was
practically in her grasp when Kida came along and ruined
everything. Enraged by the child’s birth and crowning as
Princess, Gratifa casts a spell over the child. Only
when Glorita casts a counter-spell over the child might
she be saved.
Gratifa is tall, dark, and cold. On
her head are three dark red horns. She wears a long,
flowing black rob and a staff with a glowing tip.
Usually lurking around is her pet that is like a pig and
a frog with wings.
Gratifa is in command of many evil
(and illegal) aliens of Modius. Though she usually keeps
to herself in the caves if the Wastelands, Gratifa’s
presence has always haunted the poor Modiun people.
Symbolism
Gratifa represents all who are
impatient and willing do anything for what they want.
When they least expect it, everything will be pulled out
from under them
