Valedictorian of the Kishovian
elementary, middle, and secondary schools, Joann Medefa
has always found a great love for science and
mathematics. The typical science geek, during lunch
periods, Joann would be found mixing table condiments in
drinks to see their reactions and combining pen inks.
She later received a 4.0 B.A. and M.A. from Vadareenda
University of Uptania. Joann was offered a job for UMDA.
She quickly accepted it and was given endless supplies
and state of the art equipment to better her studies.
When Howard Jackson became commander-in-chief, he
promoted Medefa to top scientist.
Joann diagnosed the red algae that was invading the
Modiun Ocean. She also helped calm down Max Tmars’s
strange condition when he was found on the beach. Medefa
was the one who actually found Kenex’s energy crystal
and was captured along with Tim Overrgran, Jackson, Jean
Geggo, and Chris Naomi. Joann, always carrying her
personal tool kit, allowed the UMDA agents to escape.
Joann studied a sample plant from the Biosphere and
learned of its poisoning. She later developed an
antidote to stop the attacking Biosphere plants.
Joann accompanied the Universal UMDA agents to save
Queen Kida from Hamor. She later worked with Chris Naomi
and engaged the Robotic Confederation’s Defense Core.
Medefa continues to work for Universal UMDA as its top
scientist.
Always the sarcastic type, Joann, though usually not
involved in the physical work, spends her ten-hour days
in the UMDA science lab and communicating with the
agents through comm.-link. |
