Satantine is the ruler of the most totalitarian and sadistic organization in the universe simply known as Darkness. The mythological being who is believed to have ruined all things good in the universe’s history, Satantine has the tendency of shrouding himself with different identifies to bring about his Will. Now, Satantine comes under the name of the Dark One and remains detached from the affairs of the universe and allows his minions to carry out his plans. Satantine uses more emotional, mental, and spiritual manipulations rather than physical manipulations to control his victims.

At a time and place that remains unknown, the Dark One was released from his spiritual prison and commenced his ultimate takeover of all Creation. His whereabouts and methods of bringing about his prophecies remain shrouded in mystery as well as the amount of influence he has over the universe. Although unseen by any mortal alive, it was reported by Velégnor of Nemuson to Nasil the Great of Modius—archenemies of the dark lord during the War of the Crystals—that Satantine has taken the physical form of a robed being with his horrid face covered by a hood. From his undisclosed location, the Dark One commands his minions, Miry and the Magician, to fulfill his complex and wicked plan.

With the universal community ignorant about the return of Satantine, the agents of Darkness continue to set in motion the Dark One’s plot that would lead to the eventual destruction of all life and the dominion over the Cosmos.
