The Aquatic Defense Association is the defense organization for the underwater city of Ocenocia. It is similar to UMDA but only better suited for Ocenocia’s way of life. Headed by a commander-in-chief, ADQA falls under the jurisdiction of the secretary of Ocenocia, Joshua Forams.
