Universal Committee of Magicians
The Committee is the upper governing
body of the Universal Government. It handles major
affairs as well as magical affairs. It is led by elders
who have either been part of the Committee the longest
and/or political party leaders. The Committee is divided
into two political parties: the Vweeña party--which
favors planets fixing their own problems and leaving the
larger problems for the Committee--and the Wejado
party--which favors the Committee settling whatever
problems brought to its attention.
Universal Council of Normals
The Council is the lower governing
body of the Universal Government. It handles minor
universal affairs as well as normal affairs. The Council
is led by an Overseer which is appointed by the previous
Overseer. The Overseer then chooses a Vice-Overseer from
another political party. When the Overseer's term runs
out, the Vice-Overseer becomes the Overseer and a new
Vice-Overseer is elected. |
